Do I need to create an account?

No account, no signup, no email required. Open the app and start building. Your studio details save to your browser's localStorage automatically.
How do I get my license key after paying?
▾
Gumroad emails your license key instantly after payment. Copy the key, open Kreainvoice, click the locked template, and paste it in the "already paid?" field. That's it — unlocked forever on that device.
What does "3 device activations" mean?
▾
Each license key can be activated on up to 3 different devices — your laptop, desktop, and phone for example. Once activated on a device, it stays unlocked in that browser permanently. If you need help, email hello@kreainvoice.com.
Can I use Kreainvoice on my phone?

Yes. The app is fully responsive with an Edit/Preview tab switcher on mobile. Build and send invoices from anywhere — great for photographers between shoots.
Is the PDF good quality?

Yes. PDF export uses html2canvas + jsPDF and captures the invoice exactly as it looks on screen, including dark template backgrounds and your logo. You can also use the browser's native print-to-PDF for an alternative export path.
What is the usage rights section?

A dedicated section on your invoice where you can specify the licensing terms for your work — web use, print, editorial, broadcast, or custom terms. It appears as a clean block on the invoice PDF. Essential for photographers and video creators.
